The Staff Product Engineer will actively manage projects in the powerIC product lines to ensure products are released to manufacturing on time.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time from new product introduction to product release, track critical milestones and business gate reviews, identify and actively manage program risks, work with Marketing and Engineering teams to track customer samples requirements, work with back-end teams in planning engineering/customer samples builds, releasing products to mass production, assist with resource loading and project priorities. Responsible for providing project status executive summaries. Required to design qualification boards for reliability testing, analyze reliability and characterization data, set production ATE limits, perform bench to ATE correlation. Work closely with packaging R&D team in new package design and qualification.

Qualifications:

BSEE with 5+ years' experience working within power management product line as Product Engineer. Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team environment. Good organizational skills. Self-driven and motivated.
