As a part of this team, you'll help build industry defining reusable services & platform and lead with end to end products that help create optimal customer experiences and drive operational efficiencies that span the digital and physical worlds. The explosive growth and disruption in the ecommerce requires a visionary, and a dynamic product leader who is able to handle uncertainties, has a wider perspective, and is good at connecting the dots. You will partner with key stakeholders across the entire Walmart organization, and lead the vision for how we will enable customers to shop for their everyday essentials online and save money, live better. You'll make an impact by:
  • Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
  • Defining product requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues
  • Building globally usable, scalable software
  • Communicating the benefits and champion the product throughout the organization

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. MBA or advanced technical degree a huge plus
  • Experience in delivering enterprise software products in the areas of e-commerce, retail, or supply chain. Platform experience is highly desirable
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technology management roles
  • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize
  • A do-er who can champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of corporate goals and objectives, but can also roll up your sleeves to get deep in the weeds to help the team get the job done
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, drive consensus, manage tradeoffs and deliver with multiple stakeholders
  • Sense of ownership, eye for detail, and a passion to play key role in defining the destiny of product
  • Flexible, adaptive, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Customer centric, and metrics and data driven
  • Strong team player, collaborative approach to achieving results
