Staff Product Manager

The NerdWallet+ team is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the success of our membership program, empowering users to make smart financial decisions. As the Staff Product Manager on one of our Exclusive Features pods, you will focus on delivering top-notch perks, discounts, and personalized financial solutions for our members. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members across engineering, marketing, data science, and design, playing a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap for our consumer-facing features.

• Define Product Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for exclusive NW+ perks and features, ensuring alignment with NerdWallet+ goals and user needs.
• Drive Innovation: Leverage consumer insights to deliver personalized and innovative product experiences that elevate user engagement and satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across engineering, marketing, editorial, and data to deliver seamless product launches and ongoing improvements.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize performance metrics and A/B testing to continuously improve the user experience and optimize product features.

• 8+ years of professional product management experience within a consumer internet or fintech company.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of influencing teams and driving successful product launches.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for creating delightful, intuitive, and valuable product experiences that cater to consumers' financial goals.

• This role will be remote (based in the U.S.).
