The Role
As our sole Staff Product Manager, you’ll join our efforts to build a profitable business centered around a product strategy that puts our customers first. You’ll work cross functionally to develop a product roadmap to drive sales and partnerships, optimize customer success and streamline operations. Within the tech organization you’ll drive roadmap delivery and execution through a deep partnership with engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, collaborate and partner with stakeholders to define feature requirements along with an overall product roadmap
- Lead product and engineering processes to support the full product lifecycle from idea, research, design, specification, metrics definition, development, launch and beyond
- Use product analytics to understand how our customers use our platform, and help guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations we can make
What You’ll Need
- 6+ years of hands on experience applying product thinking to solve complex business problems
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Math, Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences; Experience facilitating cross functional conversations, distilling disparate perspectives into cohesive concepts and ultimately detailed requirements
- Excellent technical skills, complete comfort speaking authoritatively on any of the technical aspects of the products we build
- Excellent analytical skills and experience defining and measuring product metrics; complete comfort with data analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, Metabase, etc) and ability to write SQL
- Leadership, ownership and growth mindset, humility, and the burning desire to own your domain and your work
- Strong understanding of agile software development practices, comfort with continuous integration and continuous delivery
- A bias towards action and solving problems from a customer-centric lens
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML, ideally having launched a product whose value is driven by AI/ML capabilities
