The Role
At Airwallex product is at the heart of everything we do. Our team brings together commercial strategy engineering design and regulatory expertise to deliver powerful financial products to customers around the world. We obsess over the details push the boundaries of what's possible and build world-class solutions that scale globally.
As a Staff Product Manager of our Bill Pay and Procurement products you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spend offering; designing strategy defining solutions and driving delivery from concept to launch.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a high-growth environment ideally in fintech or spend management products.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus.
- Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around high-scale mission-critical systems.
- Sharp product and design thinking with experience building delightful customer-facing experiences with a strong eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical rigour: a sharp eye for detail structured problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Bias for action: grit persistence and ownership to turn complex ideas into real-world products quickly.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional cross-cultural teams.
Preferred
- Domain knowledge of the Accounts Payable process including Procure to Pay and Intake to Procure workflows.
- Experience using modern AI tools in the product development process and in customer-facing solutions.
- Finance or Accounting background or experience
