As a Staff Product Manager of our Bill Pay and Procurement products you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spend offering; designing strategy defining solutions and driving delivery from concept to launch.
Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a high-growth environment ideally in fintech or spend management products.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus.
• Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around high-scale mission-critical systems.
• Sharp product and design thinking with experience building delightful customer-facing experiences with a strong eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical rigour: a sharp eye for detail structured problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Bias for action: grit persistence and ownership to turn complex ideas into real-world products quickly.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional cross-cultural teams.

Preferred

• Domain knowledge of the Accounts Payable process including Procure to Pay and Intake to Procure workflows.
• Experience using modern AI tools in the product development process and in customer-facing solutions.
• Finance or Accounting background or experience
