In this role, we’ll be relying on you to own the success of mission-critical initiatives that will drive rapid growth of our new Freight business. The Staff Product Manager for Freight will be responsible for developing impactful, innovative, and intuitive products to help trucking companies find, book, and manage their freight efficiently. The ideal candidate will have operating experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment, and will be an expert in driving strategic alignment and results among cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll have visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry. This role can be fully remote and reports to the head of KeepTruckin's New Vertical products.

What You'll Do:

• Partner closely with our engineering, design, and data teams to develop new features and processes to drive growth, increase engagement, and increase retention across KeepTruckin’s Freight Marketplace
• Partner with business leaders from stakeholder teams on formulation and execution of freight strategy, vision, and product roadmap
• Get very close to our customers and develop a keen understanding of their needs and pain points
• Own & grow product revenue by establishing and executing on product & go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute a successful launch

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in Product Management
• High customer empathy, with a desire to get in the shoes of our customers
• Have high “EQ”; be even-keeled, flexible, and able to quickly adapt to unexpected changes
• Proven experience in delivering commercially successful software products
• Be data-driven; you regularly seek out and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinions
• Be experienced in gaining the respect of software engineers and data scientists
• Be an exceptional organizational bridge-builder, with the ability to influence other teams
