Staff Product Manager, Low-Code Platform

Our Product team drives all product activities from vision to impact. We engage with customers to understand their needs, develop long-term product strategy, define roadmaps, partner with engineering to execute on those roadmaps, and coordinate with internal and stakeholders to fundamentally transform our customers’ businesses. You'll work with The Deep Learning and Document Understanding teams within Instabase. They're responsible for setting the Document Understanding strategy and delivering features across multiple segments and requirements to Instabase customers. Today, the team delivers multiple applications such as ML Studio, Flow and Deep Learning model development. Document Understanding plays an important role in improving the customer experience in several domains such as mortgage processing, insurance underwriting and invoice/payment analysis.

What you'll do:

• Impact the overall direction of the Instabase platform: work closely with Engineering, Customer Success and Sales to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs and our long term strategy to deliver state-of-the-art products for our customers. Guide us through ideation, development, and launch
• Prioritize customer requests and long-term platform goals
• Establish the feedback loop between our customer-facing and engineering teams - to gather customer feedback, prioritize feedback, scope releases and ensure launches go smoothly
• Metrics to measure success: define what success looks like and analyze leading metrics to ensure we set measurable goals and meet them.

About you:

• Minimum 5 years as a product manager
• Comfort with ambiguity and prioritization in a scaling start-up environment
• Highly analytical and structured thinker with understanding of technical concepts
• Experience with Cloud/SaaS based enterprise software delivery and go-to-market
• Experience interfacing and collaborating closely with sales, customer success, engineering and design
• Execution and process-focused, having successfully driven strategies to build and launch industry-leading products of significant technical complexity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong product sense, intuition and craft with the ability to observe, empathize with and solve customer challenges; willingness to dive deep into the details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
