Staff Product Manager - MSP

Your Day to Day 
As a product manager you would be working on: 

• Discovery --- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-integrate perspective. 

• Delivery --- Work closely with engineering and UX. Unblock bottlenecks, prioritize according to user needs and business goals. Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate work groups to ensure they’re met. 

• Ideation --- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans. Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation. 

• Stakeholder communication --- Listen to feedback from sales, care, and customers, communicate timelines and scopes clearly. Report on usage and business metrics. 

What We’re Looking For 
As a product manager, your background will look like:

• 5-7 years’ experience in a dynamic product management role. 

• Proven experience in the Managed Service Provider space. 

• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams. 

• C level written and oral knowledge of English.
