This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager, Paid User Acquisition in the United States.

This role is focused on driving growth through paid user acquisition across digital channels, shaping strategies that increase engagement, retention, and overall user value. You will own the product roadmap for acquisition initiatives, collaborating closely with Marketing, Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams to optimize campaigns and build scalable, data-driven tools. The position requires a mix of strategic vision, technical aptitude, and analytical rigor, providing the opportunity to influence key business metrics. You will have the autonomy to innovate while ensuring that acquisition efforts are measurable, incremental, and aligned with long-term growth objectives. This is a fast-paced environment where your insights directly impact user acquisition efficiency and overall company success.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead product development initiatives to support and optimize paid user acquisition strategies
  • Define and execute a holistic UA roadmap, balancing long-term strategic goals with iterative improvements
  • Build and scale acquisition technology stacks, enabling data visibility, performance tracking, and optimization
  • Design seamless user experiences that retain acquired users and communicate value effectively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Data Science, and Engineering to develop automated, scalable solutions
  • Ensure data integrity for attribution models, paid funnels, and incrementality metrics to guide decision-making
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
    • 4+ years as a Product Manager for machine learning products OR 5+ years as a Data Scientist working with product teams
    • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
    • Proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects in cross-functional settings
    • Strong analytical skills with applied statistical analysis expertise
    • Hands-on experience managing the full product development lifecycle
    • Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority
    • Nice-to-have: proficiency in SQL, advanced degrees in Probability, Statistics, or Behavioral Economics
