Staff Product Manager - Trust & Safety Tools

The T&S Tools product and engineering team is responsible for supporting operations agents analysts and other engineers with content safety efforts with internal tools to aid in scaled content moderation.

What you'll do:

• Optimize internal tools and processes to increase the efficiency and quality of Pinterest’s content moderation teams.

• Define and establish the direction of the content safety tooling roadmap based on the current state of safety and technological advancements.

• Lead key projects partnering with T&S Operations Policy and Engineering and other product teams across Pinterest.

• Contribute to long-term strategic planning of our tooling ecosystem.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years product management experience.

• 3+ years of Trust & Safety experience.

• Proven ability to lead teams and work in a highly collaborative environment.

• Capable of driving clarity while balancing multiple perspectives and stakeholders.

• Comfortable diving into ambiguous technical problems working closely with engineering teams.

• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally to many stakeholders.

• Great business judgment and ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking.
