Staff Professional Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize potential clients by working closely with the sales organization.
• Secure managed services agreements with clients with appropriate milestone-based payment schedules.
• Perform implementation (or oversee implementation by staff/contractors) based on client guidance and requirements, provide resolutions to client technical issues and requests.
• Able to write production quality code and coach/mentor less experienced teammates.
• Provide integration/implementation advice as a technical consultant to eMed clients.
• Perform maintenance and follow-up as required for client accounts.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or commensurate experience.
• Demonstrated experience in API integrations across applications, vendors, networks, and cloud environments.
• 8+ years of proven experience in software development, cloud systems, scalable architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of React, Node, Javascript and Typescript.
• Proven ability to learn new technology quickly and effectively.
• Self organizing, detail oriented, and high achieving.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
