Job Duties and Responsibilities
Staff RAN Operations Engineer - IWR sought by DISH Wireless, LLC in Littleton, CO
Provide lead /SME support with Market Teams to troubleshoot/resolve complex issues with deployed RF and O-RAN systems. Engage and escalate issues with vendors when critical/time sensitive support and resolution is required. Coordinate proposed changes with Certification Lab for validation. Produce updated technical specifications of system changes and provide a comprehensive plan for release. Ensure solutions meet key criteria for CI/CD, system orchestration and automation. Work with technical writers/engineers to document final process configurations and MOPs. Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or as System Performance Engineer. Also requires 5 years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

• NEMO and TEMS
• Atoll, Rohde and Schwarz scanners
• Ranplan and Planet
• Python, ServiceNow, SecureCRT, and Wireshark
• KPI monitoring and improvement for all technologies.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.
Rate of pay: $146,390.00
