Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company:
- Serve as the technical expert and provide technical experience on the Service cloud implementation, production support etc.
- Identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality.
- Build solutions on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning LWC, Apex, Web Services, lightning and API's.
- Perform analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration.
- Support cross systems and related integrations across Salesforce and other integrated systems.
- Participate in all the Agile ceremonies for the successful completion of the sprint.
- Review âPreviewâ environment updates to make sure there is no impact on the current implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes leveraging the Salesforce.com, facilitate the implementation of processes that are complete, streamlined, and well-documented.
- Develop training plans, communications, materials, and documentation for users; keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and sustainment training sessions.
Weâd love to chat if you have:
- 8+ years of experience as a certified (Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Developer) Salesforce Developer.
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience on Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Web Services, and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData).
- 3+ years of hands-on Lightning web components, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ.
- Experience working & managing Agile projects.
- Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and UI frameworks within Visualforce pages or Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce Administration including configuration, standard data model, security, and automations such as validation rules, workflows, process flows.
- Experience with development tools such as Sublime, Git, MavensMate, or Visual Studio..
- Experience with live agent/ web chat and omni channel, Service contracts, Subscriptions and entitlements.
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce.com platform capabilities, functionalities, and limitations specifically around governor limits and best practices.
- Experience with SFDC data management tools, SOQL queries, Microsoft Excel, JIRA, Visual Diagrams, and Google Suite..
- Extensive experience analyzing, designing, configuring and supporting Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with CRM migration from Zendesk (or any other CRM) to Salesforce cloud.
- Experience with 3rd party applications like MaestroQAI, Groove would be a great plus.

This role is based in California.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in San Jose, CA. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILLâs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
