We are hiring a SalesForce Product Manager who will partner closely with executives and functional team leaders to define and operate our SalesForce strategy, enabling execution and delivery of our core business priorities. You will have a deep understanding of our key Customer Experience and Revenue functions and processes and drive quarterly commits, delivery and value articulation.Â
What you get to do in this role:
- Responsible for developing a three-year roadmap for our products to align with our hyper growth organization.Â
- Manage the entire product life cycle, identifying and testing new features that deliver key business value and align to future goalsÂ
- Create user stories for current and future internal products that align to our processes and will improve/have ROI
- Creates process flow documents and birds-eye-views to support initiatives and ensure deep understanding of existing and future state processesÂ
- Will be the go to person for communication between IT, Revenue, and Customer Experience
- Guide and lead sales and delivery teams on best practices and opportunities for Sales Cloud, Service cloud, and Market Cloud platforms.Â
We’d love to chat if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Management, MBA preferred.
- At least seven years of experience in Revenue and Customer Experience processesÂ
- At least five years of Salesforce experience
- Experience with best practice agile scrum development and lean startup principles. Subject matter expert/industry experience are a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees, including staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
- Excellent organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills are required. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.
- Proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.

This role is based in California.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in San Jose, CA. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
