As a Staff Scientist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and making a positive impact in the scientific community.

Responsibilities:

• Determine customer needs and provide flawless solutions to meet their requirements.
• Successfully implement robust strategies to discover causative relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to compete effectively in the Li-ion battery market.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay on top of the state-of-the-art technology & analysis trends and provide actionable information in performing collaboration projects with customers.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of practical experience in R&D, electrochemistry, material sciences or analysis in the field of Li-ion secondary batteries.
• Effective communication skill and problem-solving ability.
• Highly organized with excellent technical leadership skills.
• More than master degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
