The NVIDIA Information Security team is seeking a passionate, highly motivated Staff Security Analyst to drive quality and excellence in our programs and initiatives. As a member of the Security Awareness team, you are encouraged to have a solid understanding of Information Security concepts, frameworks, and tools. You are encouraged to take strong ownership and a hands-on approach to deliver a world-class awareness program that cultivates a robust culture of security.

What You'll be Doing:

• Develop and deliver innovative ways to train employees and change risky behaviors.
• Build and deliver live/recorded security training.
• Perform social engineering exercises, including phishing simulation tests.
• Build partnerships with various teams through awareness outreach.
• Maintain and expand our awareness resources including internal websites and documentation.
• Provide mentorship to help teams understand requirements and improve their security posture.
• Use creative methods to overcome learning barriers and engage employees.

What We Need to See:

• BS or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of working experience in Information Security.
• Demonstrated ability to implement security solutions and projects.
• Strong ownership, self-sufficient, and a desire to lead projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A data-driven approach to identify improvement opportunities.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

• Certifications in one or more of the following areas: SSAP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP.
• Broad understanding of security frameworks and concepts.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
