As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building robust, high-quality, and scalable solutions to expand and improve our core technology. You'll be part of an expanding CorePro team that is driving innovation in developing high volume SAAS systems using methods and tools to deliver features to our customers in a robust and agile method.
Additionally, as a Staff Software engineer, you will get a chance to work upon areas like, Microsoft Azure, Software Configuration, Deployment Automation, Cloud Implementation and Migration, Cloud Security, Infrastructure as Code, Containerization/Orchestration, Configuration Management, CI/CD. Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and Release Management.
A Typical Day
  • Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions of moderate complexity comprised of Windows- and Linux-based front-end and back-end components that interact with end users and integrate with internal and external services
  • Work individually and collaboratively to deliver solutions in live production systems
  • Support, maintain, and resolve problems for custom features in live production systems, with occasional on-call availability
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
  • Assist and mentor teammates to provide technical leadership and evangelize best practices
  • Hands-on experience using Azure Resource & Azure DevOps

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For :
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
  • Experience in FINTECH/ Banking as a Service or relevant area preferred
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Working knowledge on Data Platforms, like Snowflake
  • Working knowledge on data pipelines technologies, like Airflow, DBT, Spark
  • Experience in Designing Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and extensive experience in designing custom build steps using PowerShell.
  • Experience with writing templates for Azure Infrastructure as code using Terraform to build staging and production environments.
  • Experience on management tools like, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket including command line applications.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps in both cloud and on-premises with GIT, MS Build, Docker, along with Jenkins plugins.
  • Experience in Configuring the Kubernetes cluster
  • Passion for applying good design principals while exercising pragmatism to keep deadlines
  • Experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle
  • Experience engineering software in a service-oriented architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience contributing in an Agile development environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Occasional availability for on-call/emergency support
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary for deadlines and off-hours installations
