About the Role
As a Staff Engineer, you will spearhead the development of Practice Growth products. Your role involves end-to-end ownership of the front-end development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Bring your technical leadership to mentor junior developers and contribute to the continual evolution of our technical stack.
Your Area of Focus
- Product Development:
- Lead the front-end development efforts, taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end engineers, to deliver high-quality and user-friendly products.
- Technical Leadership:
- Apply expertise in front-end technologies to drive the adoption of new architectures and design patterns for our products.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the front-end team.
- Innovation and Best Practices:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices into our front-end development processes.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of our technical stack, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and supports the scalability and maintainability of our products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
Your Professional Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience as a software engineer
- Experience with Javascript using functional frameworks like React.js or Vue.js
- Experience with at least one of the cloud technologiesÂ
- Experience with a shared component design using controller-based patterns
- Experience implementing applications using style guides and wireframes
- Understanding of backend architecture principles and RESTful designÂ
- Comfortable with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile environments
- Team-oriented and collaborative, capacity to mentor junior team members
- Leadership ability, excellent written and verbal English skills.

Remote Pay Range
$140,400—$171,600 USD
