Staff Software Engineer

Remote position (only for professionals based in Argentina or Uruguay)

RYZ is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to work with one of our partners and contribute to Solana validator software. If you have a passion for innovation and deep technical expertise, this is your opportunity to impact the future of Solana, the fourth-largest market-cap blockchain.

Basic Qualifications:

- + 7 years of experience as a systems engineer or equivalent skill

- Deep understanding of the Linux operating system and high-performance software.

- Proven track record of meaningful contributions to open-source projects (preferred).

- Experience in programming languages with C, C++, or Rust.

- History of contributing to high-performance distributed networks.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of Solana validator clients.

- Build, maintain, and test performance and extensible software in Rust.

- Solve challenging distributed network and high-volume storage problems.

- Contribute to open-source projects, driving adoption and best practices within the community.
