The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Software Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of redefining how digital teams build websites. What you need to Succeed

Technical Expertise:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of strong experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure to build and deploy applications
• Proficiency in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications using GoLang or Python
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js and modern front-end frameworks like React (Next.js) or Vue
• Solid understanding of the LAMP stack: Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
• Exposure / familiarity with PHP

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience with CloudRun, Pub/Sub, Firestore and developing Google Workspace Add-ons

Professional Experience:

• Proven track record of developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and taking them to production, focusing on experimentation, scaling, performance and observability of the application
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in building high-quality applications with a focus on code quality, testing and continuous integration
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with Product Managers, Designers and our Founder/CTO
• Experience and willingness to engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs
