Overview:

Blackhawk Network is at the forefront of digital innovation and is seeking a proficient Staff Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in orchestrating data-driven strategies aligned with business objectives. Leveraging deep expertise in various digital suites, this position focuses on optimizing performance and extracting actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

This position can be located in Pleasanton, CA or Coppell, TX

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead full stack development initiatives across our digital platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code, optimal performance, and outstanding user experiences.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of data-driven solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and are scalable.
• Implement robust data governance strategies to comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on data orchestration processes for effective communication with stakeholders.
• Lead efforts to scale infrastructure and optimize application performance to handle increased user loads and provide seamless digital experiences.
• Drive SEO performance initiatives and implement best practices to enhance visibility in search engine results.
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals metrics to enhance website speed, interactivity, and visual stability, thereby elevating overall user experience.
• Develop and execute data-centric strategies aligned with business objectives, utilizing tools like Google Analytics (GA) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for performance measurement and enhancement.
• Utilize analytics data to extract actionable insights and identify trends from extensive datasets, facilitating informed and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business goals effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of data orchestration practices, workflows, and integration strategies within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated capacity to strategize, plan and execute multiple priorities within a dynamic environment, ensuring the prompt delivery of top-quality solutions.

Benefits:

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $125,430.00 to $191,535.00

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays in the year, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
