Staff Software Engineer

About the team:
The Role:
We are seeking Senior and Staff level .NET Software Engineers that will be responsible for the development work of the SailPoint On-Prem product File Access Manager, writing quality code and debugging tough problems, handling huge amounts of data. This will include releasing new features as well as supporting The Product and Team. SailPoint File Access Manager helps organizations identify and protect sensitive data against internal and external threats.
You'll be working in a well-established company with hundreds of customers while experiencing the excitement of an early-stage start-up. Our product - File Access Manager which is a complex and distributed security platform.
Responsibilities include:

• You will be in charge of designing and developing complex features including collecting
  and processing huge amounts of data from different places spanning tens of different
  technologies.
  If you love solving complex issues and learning new technologies fast, this is the place
  for you.
• Produce designs and rough estimates, and implement features based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with peers on designs, code reviews, and testing.

Preferred skills or things you will learn in the role:

• Strong programming ability required, preferably in at least two of the following languages: C#, JavaScript, .NET Core.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Great communication skills
• Advanced experience with object-oriented analysis and design skills
• Advanced experience with an object-oriented programming language and techniques
• Spoken & Written Languages: Fluent (B2 or better) in both Spanish and English
• .NET Core and C# experience - a must
• SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Excellent people skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Independent, highly motivated self-learner

• Creates designs for low-to-medium complexity infrastructure with ease on a consistent basis
