Staff Software Engineer, NLP

• 10+ years of professional experience working on machine learning or deep learning
• Expert level proficiency of modern NLP algorithms including transformer models, deep representations, generative models, etc.
• Proficient with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow or Pytorch for implementing and optimizing deep learning algorithms.
• Extensive experience with large scale data processing, model training and model serving for NLP solutions.
• Strong implementation of algorithms and infrastructures using programming code such as Python, C++, etc.
• Comfort working in a Linux command-line environment
• Team player with good communication skills (oral and written)
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Speech/Language Processing, Machine Learning or related field and/or equivalent professional experience

• Industry NLP experience with summarization, question answering, search, recommendation, etc.
• PhD in Computer Science, Speech/Language Processing or Machine Learning
• Experience with MapReduce, Spark, or similar frameworks
• Experience with Speech Recognition or Speaker Diarization
• 5+ years specific experience in NLP
