  • Evaluate trade-offs between scalability, performance, and complexity to deliver maintainable solutions
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth and raising team standards

    • Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems with a focus on reliability and performance
    • Solid background in cloud architecture (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar environments)
    • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and reduce technical debt effectively
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security best practices across the SDLC
    • Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and system performance optimization
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and emerging trends in the AI ecosystem
    • Experience with real-time or collaborative systems (e.g., CRDTs) is a plus
    • Curiosity, critical thinking, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package, including equity opportunities
      • Flexible, remote-first work environment with global collaboration
      • High level of ownership and direct impact on product and technology direction
      • Opportunity to work with a highly skilled and innovative engineering team
      • Continuous learning and professional growth in a fast-evolving technical landscape
      • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture
      • Access to modern tools and infrastructure to support high-quality development
