The Impact U will make:

The responsibilities and duties of the position will include, but are not limited to, the following:

(1) Focus on providing uniform access and data management capabilities for the Unqork platform

(2) Address Unqork's data concerns ranging from security and compliance to performance and reliability

(3) Help to lead and contribute to the platform's data concerns around providing various data capabilities

(4) Contribute to improving the performance, flexibility and scalability of the platform from a data perspective

What U bring:

(1) 5+ years of experience in back-end (website software) engineering

(2) Experience steering projects of increasing scope and complexity

(3) Ability to set technical standards for engineers

(4) Experience implementing impactful and complex software projects

(5) Proficiency in data modeling, normalization, query and indexing strategies

(6) Experience with NoSQL databases, REST and/or GraphQL

(7) Experience with any mainstream back-end language

(8) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

(9) Opportunity to work from home, anywhere in the United States

The US base salary range, across all Unqork US locations, for this full-time position is $172,800 - $259,200  + equity + perks/benefits. An individual employee’s salary within the range provided above depends on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the working location, role, skillset and level of experience of such employee. Please note that the salary range reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity or perks/benefits.
