Staff Software Engineer - Premium Products

• Collaborate with leadership and senior engineers on the team to build the technical roadmap for the Nitro Platform Group.
• Partner with leadership on the product strategy and help support execution across the organization.
• Collaborate with other staff engineers and partners across the organization to ensure technical agreement to other systems, products and vision.
• Use your technical expertise to constantly improve and ensure your team achieves extraordinary results at the high technical level we set.
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ship new initiatives that unlock revenue streams.
• Advise the leadership team on essential technical considerations related to ensuring engineering excellence and successful high impact key initiatives.Partner withleadership on strategic planning and improve our systems and processes while upholding our workplace philosophy.

• You have 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working across the stack building consumer products.
• You have a product sense, maintain a high degree of empathy for your internal and external users and seek feedback from them about your work
• You approach problems with first principles. You get excited about working collaboratively to figure out solutions to complex problems, and then working on them.
• You love experimentation and get excited when numbers move by 1%.
• Prior experience on building iOS or Android apps is a plus.
