About the role We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer who is passionate about building robust software solutions with quality in mind. As a Staff engineer, you have technical leadership experience in your area of expertise across teams. You are confident leading all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design/architecture, execution, deployment and maintenance. You make a positive impact on the engineering culture and enjoy coaching and mentoring engineers to help them grow. You are collaborative in aligning with other disciplines and stakeholders including Product managers, Engineering managers, Tech Leads, and are invested in enable your team to consistently ship good quality, impactful features. You enjoy opportunities for knowledge sharing by ensuring that software documentation is maintained and understood, and use a structured approach to gather and refine technical designs.
