Experience:

• 7+ years of Rust experience
• Experience building bridges from Rust to SDKs in other languages, like React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter
• Experience with messaging software
• Experience working in open source projects
• Experience in web3 development
• Experience contracting or consulting

Responsibilities:

• Ability and willingness to make contributions across our stack, primarily in libxmtp
• Jump in and assist our current team with high-priority work, help unblock peers quickly
• Contribute to discussions/decisions affecting the XMTP platform as a whole
• Partner with peers more experienced in other languages & interested in leveling up their Rust skills
