Staff Software Engineer, Team Web

A Staff level web engineer excited to help marketing strengthen our brand as a company and as a product. This person will join the website team in San Francisco, who own our internet facing marketing channels such as our marketing website, product storefront, product academy and also the technology stack that underpins them. This person will be the most senior new hire in the website team and drive projects across corporate marketing, brand marketing, demand generation and our marketing technology foundations.

This engineer will work cross functionally in a team of engineers, brand designers, UX designers, product marketers, marketing analysts and growth marketers distributed across our offices in Dublin and San Francisco. 

• Generally: website localization, SEO improvements, conversion rate optimization and core website experiences that support marketing. 
• Deliver new website experiences that will help us uplevel our company and product brand through the website. 
• Uplevel our SaaS storefront, helping us more effectively tell the story of our product offering to prospective customers. 
• Execute on optimization projects that will help us carefully and deliberately convert marketing generated traffic into buyers. 
• Help evolve our marketing technology stack with the growing needs of marketing and the business.
  

• Software Engineering/CS related BSc. degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years working on highly trafficked, publicly-facing websites, ideally for companies with a SaaS product. 
• Expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks and technologies, including experience evolving and growing relevant tech stacks. 
• Ability to understand and integrate with core APIs like Greenhouse, Google Analytics, Marketo, Contentful, Optimizely and others.
