Staff Spec HRBP

As a Staff Specialist HRBP for Infineon Technologies, you will build relationships with all levels of an organization in a global, matrix environment while being the sole HR contact at a very active manufacturing site. The connection you have with your business groups is ideal, as there is a true respect and partnership for the HR responsibilities.This position will be ON-SITE in Leominster, MA.

Job description:

In your new role you will:

• Work side-by-side with front line and mid level managers to coach managers in people matters and adapt and deploy people strategy to the needs of the local business.
• Make an active contribution to executing the business strategy to best consult the local management teams
• Focus on all people related matters by consulting for best fit application of HR policies and tools
• Provide guidance on transactional HR topics via People Service only
• Advise talents on career
• Advise managers and employees on people development (e.g. implement and facilitate the HR cycle; leadership development; OD and OT)
• Deliver ideas, tools, data and diagnostics to the local managers
• Facilitate feedback sessions, e.g. leadership dialog
• Handle difficult issues in compliance and employee relations
• Support managers in developing their leadership teams
• Own the governance for HR topics, e.g. grading, compensation decisions,recruiting decisions, diversity & inclusion
• This is an on-site role.

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of HR Business Partner and/or HRGeneralist experience
• PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification preferred
• Previous support towards a manufacturing environment is required
• Strong business and HR acumen, including ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills with proven ability to interact and partner with people at all levels of a large, global matrix organization.
• Team oriented mindset are flexible, able and willing to learn and work through ambiguity
