  • Job Title: Staff Strategic Product Manager
  • Location: Hybrid (Palo Alto, CA)
  • Summary:
  • As the Staff Strategic Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and potential partnerships based on user and market research, competitive and reimbursement analyses, and clinical value. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for healthcare innovation, this role is perfect for you. 
  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user interviews, perform market research, and evaluate the competitive and reimbursement landscape to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.  
  • Responsible for development and realization of the business case.  
  • Collaborate with clinical scientists, medical directors, product managers, marketing and engineers to develop clinical strategy based on business case and market analysis.  
  • Develop claims roadmap for new use cases and articulate the clinical and workflow value propositions based on user and market research.  
  • Define requirements for new product offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.  
  • Develop release plans and contribute to launch strategy for new product lines, clinical use cases, and releases. 
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs and ensure solutions will meet customer needs.  
  • Establish focus groups and advisory boards by use case.  
  • Engage a core group of stakeholders, both internal and external, to inform, validate and shape the product portfolio. 

Knowledge & Skill:

  • Ability to make informed decisions that drive product success and business growth based on user and market research.  
  • Experience developing business plans. 
  • Ability to translate and articulate complicated business problems into easily understood solutions. 
  • Ability to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of new use cases. 

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS preferred.  
  • 5+ years work experience in healthcare/med-tech 

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work long hours and execute under pressure with short turnaround times 
  • Ability to speak, write, and use all office equipment including scanner and printer, phone, computer, etc. 
  • Ability to drive and operate the Hyperfine scanner.   
  • Ability to travel to the Hyperfine office locations and customer sites up to 35% of the time.
