Staff Support Specialist

Belay Technologies is seeking a Front Office Staff Support Specialist to join our intel team. You will act as a general-purpose CNO software engineer for up-and-coming projects where you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to provide mission-centric results. You will work closely with analysts, operators, data scientists and other software engineers to provide mission tactical support.
Responsibilities:​​​​​​

• Receive, prepare, and manage actions using Track-it and tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure actions are answered completely and in a timely manner.
• Organize task content to ensure clear instructions are provided to complete the task.
• Consolidate task feedback to provide a single response to higher organizations.
• Monitor actions to ensure responses are received on time and provide to the appropriate organization.

Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• 4 yrs., B.S. in any discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.

Candidates are required to have the following skills:
