Our Systems Administrators have opportunity to and are encouraged to make significant contributions to our dynamic and growing company. In this role, you will be responsible to creating and maintaining all internal and production Windows servers/HyperV and cloud instances with SCCM.

You'll Get To:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure (internal and product servers)
• Install, configure, test and maintain Server operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Build & maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks by writing and maintaining customer scripts
• Lead projects that may span across multiple teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally in the design of information and operational support systems
• Mentor & provide technical direction to IT support staff
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Deploy/create images with SCCM
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Systems Administration, including experience with managing Windows Servers 2008-2016, monitoring systems and virtualization/containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
• Expertise in Office 365/SharePoint Online Maintenance troubleshooting
• SCCM/WSUS experience is a must
• OKTA Idenity Management experience is a must
• Must have solid scripting skills (Powershell)
• Proficient with Visio or similar
• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, Cisco Routers, Switches)

Bonus points for:

• Experience with SharePoint 2013 or higher is preferred
• Experience with any of the following is preferred: InfoPath, Forms Services, Excel Services, Search, Content Management, Metadata, Business Data Catalog and Web Services.
• ServiceNow experience a plus
