As a Staff Technical Program Manager you will demonstrate your passion to handle complexity head-on, building end to end and front to back software solutions to deliver an outstanding commerce experience for our Players, Creators and Operators.

• Drive alignment and ensure clarity around initiatives involving the Transact Value Stage. This is a highly visible multi-functional role, and the candidate will work collaboratively with leads from engineering, business, product planning, and program management to synthesize business needs, influence decision making, manage end-to-end integrations, and guide software engineering teams to ensure successful release and effective production monitoring solutions.
• Process Management – work towards establishing effective methods, remove obstacles and help the team achieve high efficiencies in software development.
• Establish clear communication paths within and beyond transact value stage supporting inputs and outputs and connecting Transact within the PlayStation commerce journey.
• Lead and coordinate multiple engineering programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Includes planning, driving and coordinating technical project delivery of concurrent engineering programs in conjunction with the technical leads/engineering management, and helping them to develop detailed schedules to meet the product engineering goals.
• Inspire and help the team to build innovative and high quality solutions. Proactively bring new insights, technologies, and methodologies to the table.
• Handle risks and blocking issues to ensure successful deliveries, participate in efforts to develop, improve and/or standardize procedures and processes.

• Ability to drive broad PlayStation-wide critical initiatives connecting organizations, subject areas, value stages, etc.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence engineering decision making.
• Strong Agile practitioner and experience in leading Agile development teams in fast-paced sophisticated project executions
• Authority at leading change effectively across the organization.
• Self-starter, capable of working independently and building strong multi-functional relationships.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellence at partnering across all teams including directly with senior engineers and top-most executives; always delivering the right message for each audience.
