Staff UI Engineer

As a Staff UI Engineer at Relyance AI, you will craft every detail of new product features, from ideation to pixel-perfect execution. You will need to untangle complex conceptual problems and have sharp intuition for the desired user experience.  You are agile, can code with high velocity, and are passionate about code hygiene, quality, automation, and tooling. You will partner with others across Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver complex, large-scale projects.

As a Staff UI Engineer, your role will include:

• Designing and building the UI using Typescript and React.
• Working on all phases of product design, from initial brainstorming, through design and execution.
• Working closely with engineering leaders, UX designers, and Product Managers to build solutions that solve business problems.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

• Solid CS fundamentals and strong object-oriented development skills.
• Expert-level experience with at least 1 of the modern web application frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. 
• An outside-the-box thinker with a product and design mindset. 

Bonus points for:

• Experience working on a reasonably complex enterprise or B2B product.  
• Experience in some adjacent domains: security, application/infrastructure/network monitoring, legal applications, machine learning, data science 
• Excitement for a fast-paced and iterative startup environment.  
• Interest or experience in UX design.
