What you’ll do: Â
- Create a brand vocabulary and design solutions with a high-level of purpose and attention to detail.
- Design content, illustrations, animations and pages for our website.
- Work cross-functionally across the organization, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex, sometimes ambiguous, narratives into simple, compelling stories.
- Build digital assets for growth channels like emails, videos, paid social and media content, direct mail, and much more.
- Build self-service brand tools and resources to equip and empower internal stakeholders and partners to meet the demands of their jobs.
- Collaborate with our design team to serve a quickly growing and highly diverse audience.
- Develop perspectives, communicate them clearly, hold them loosely.
- Help establish and shape the culture of our growing design team.
- A visual storyteller with 7+ years of design experience. You have a portfolio showcasing both digital and print design, brand building, strategic conceptual generation, as well as production-ready assets.
- An expert maker. You have advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools to produce quality, static and animated assets.
- A big-picture-thinker. You’ll create compelling and emotionally-engaging materials and experiences that consider the holistic brand story.
- A leader. You’ll do anything to achieve your goal. You know how to think on the fly and persist through setbacks and roadblocks and to motivate your teammates to do the same.
- A team player. You are collaborative by nature, relish in camaraderie and group wins, and are looked to by colleagues as a steadfast partner and source of encouragement.
- Highly Motivated. You want ownership of your work.
