Staff/Principal Software Development Engineer in Test

● Provide hands-on leadership for a team of quality engineers to drive quality engineering initiatives
   with an automation-first approach in an agile development environment
● Establish quality engineering metrics, best practices and standards to drive quality and
   excellence. Create and enhance documentation for the same
● Being an evangelist for quality, operational readiness, managing technical debts
● Develop or Enhance test plans, test strategies and processes with an automation driven mentality
● Work with multi-functional teams to create, maintain, and improve automated test suites for
   applications on the PlayStation console, web and mobile platforms
● Set up, develop and enhance test frameworks, and help teams set up automation infrastructure to
build end-to-end environments
● Author common APIs and libraries for test automation
● Work full-stack to ensure that all features and bug fixes come with automated test coverage
● Collaborate with distributed teams for automation design, architecture and functionality
   development championing quality
● Work with infrastructure and tooling teams to build and maintain common tools and services.
● Analyze gaps and bring innovative solutions
● Play a major role by working on proof of concepts and driving innovation/ideas to completion
● Coaching and mentoring other QE engineers
● Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent
● Stay up to date with industry and technology trends to continuously drive quality innovation
   across the organization
