Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Resource Innovations is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our growing market transformation team. As a Stakeholder Engagement Manager with Resource Innovations, you will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team implementing the engagement and communication strategy across channels and platforms for California's new market transformation program. CalMTA is focused on developing initiatives that accelerate adoption of emerging and underutilized energy efficiency technologies, services, and practices resulting in significant environmental and social benefits.

This position will play a critical role in the development and coordination of relationships across a broad set of stakeholders and support outreach and marketing for market transformation idea development and eventual implementation. To be effective in this role, you must work collaboratively and effectively with internal teams as well as external parties. Experience in energy efficiency and knowledge of utility programs and trade ally networks is also important. This is a California-based position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports development of key strategies and tactics for stakeholder engagement and responsible for on-track implementation
• Identifies, cultivates, maintains, and tracks strong and persistent stakeholder relationships.
• Creates compelling content that reflects CalMTA efforts and value.
• Facilitates knowledge transfer on MTI development and deployment including research and evaluation across multiple channels including heavy development of content development for slide decks and collateral.
• Manages delivery of virtual and in-person sharing of CalMTA progress and ensures awareness of CalMTA among industry groups and key audiences.
• Works with team to analyze and understand analytics results and translate them into action for improved outcomes.
• Position is supported by Reporting/Comms Support Analyst
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in marketing, communications and/or stakeholder engagement
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism or similar field; Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience and understanding of energy efficiency industry. Knowledge of market transformation is preferred.
• Strong experience in software platforms such as Salesforce, PowerPoint, Prezi, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, WordPress and other platforms
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong writing and layout skills
• Experience with supporting meeting events and follow-up.
• High degree of inter-cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness

The compensation range for this exempt position is $90,000 - $120,000. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. This provided range may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, especially with industry experience.
