Stakeholder Integration and Tangible Business Outcomes Lead

Job Description:
This individual will lead the stakeholder integration routines and governance processes, reporting and management routines across all aspects of business management including financial, workforce, risk operational and key delivery metrics across all of employee technology organization. This highly visible role will be responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and business reviews by collecting and displaying complex technology themes and information, structuring the schedule and hosting the business reviews. The goal of this role is to ensure that maximum business value is achieved across our eight technology teams and partners organizations, address key risks and issues quickly with identified mitigation plans, and help drive key decisions for fast resolution between the right leaders.
We are looking for a leader that works well with stakeholders across a matrixed environment, able to present and communicate key operational metrics effectively, identify and proactively address issues, develop key reporting routines and processes across a variety of data sources, act with speed and accuracy, and enjoy working in a dynamic consistently changing environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience utilizing different data sources to identify trends and consolidate information for decisions
• Able to host senior level stakeholder review meetings
• Knowledge of key enterprise operating metrics used to evaluate organization health
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with executive presence and presentation skills
• Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and operational management skills
• Well organized and excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a matrixed environment
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency and effectiveness
