Sodexo is seeking a Starbucks Manager at Vail Health in Vail, CO. The Starbucks Manager will assist the store manager with leading operations for the Starbucks location. This strategic leader will be a hands-on team player with a strong background in managing teams and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will:
- assist the store manager and lead operations for the Starbucks location
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors
- provide high-level service to customers
- help oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance
- assist with managing vendor relationships and compliance
- maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
- coordinate department safety and sanitation
We are looking for candidates who have:
- supervisory or management experience in the food service industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, hotels, etc.)
- leadership experience in coffee shops or previous Starbucks location is a huge plus!
- exceptional customer service skills and a passion for serving others
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
