Starface Ambassador

Your Impact at Starface  

As a Starface College Ambassador, you will work closely with our Senior Brand Marketing Associate to spread brand awareness and  create a community of students who are consistently using and  talking about Starface.

The College Ambassador will be responsible for giving out product/merch, facilitating partnerships with local businesses, bringing campus opportunities to Starface and planning IRL events for fans of the brand on campus in order to: 

• Develop and maintain relationships with key local partners.
• Increase brand awareness and growth through advocacy for the brand.

We will count on you to:

• Assemble and distribute marketing materials around your campus.
• Assist Starface team in partnering with local businesses around campus.
• Organize and host Starface branded events throughout the semester. 
• Scout locations around campus for marketing materials and place them where appropriate.
• Regularly post and promote the brand on your personal social media accounts.  
• Work directly with our team to ensure messaging is “on brand,” up-to-date, and effective.
• Proactively bring opportunities on campus that Starface can participate in.
• Attend Starface ambassador training meetings.
• Proactively build and foster a community of Starface enthusiasts around your campus.
• Consistently educate your peers, friends, college community on Starface brand and products. 
• Recommend & refer your “star” peers that might be interested in joining the Starface ambassadors. 
• Execute brand promotions as needed.

Who we are looking for 

• You have 0-2 year’s professional experience.
• You are working on getting a Bachelor’s degree and are currently taking in-person classes on your University’s campus. 
• You are proficient across social media channels including Instagram, Tik Tok. Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. 
• You are heavily involved with ongoing activities on your campus.
• You are fluent in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You are bold, not afraid of initiating conversation and always open to making new friends.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with an ability to juggle multiple conversations and solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully.
• You are empathetic, confident, curious, creative, patient, and eager to learn.
• You have a “no task is too small” attitude.
• You are familiar and knowledgeable with the skincare industry (not required, but preferred). 

Compensation:

• The compensation for this role is $400 per semester. Approximately 2 hours a week.
• Approximate start date is September 1, 2022. Program will last 120 days from the start date.
