Successful, large State Farm Brett Bakken Agency in business for over 25 years located in Burien, WA is seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team of 8 for in office position of Customer Service & Sales Representative in Burien, WA. Responsibilities • Provide fast, accurate and friendly customer service to existing customers for changes to their accounts, solve customer’s problems and provide answers, and cross sell additional lines they don’t have. • Provide quotes and sell to new customers that walk in, email, are referred or call into our agency. • We service what we sell. Focusing on our customers' needs and making a difference in their lives. Preferences • Ability to speak Spanish. • 30 minute or less commute. Values of our team 1.
