As the State Regulation Specialist you will build and facilitate relationships with the Division of Motor Vehicles and supplier chain to better understand current/future regulations and rules in each US state.

As the State Regulation Specialist you will build and facilitate relationships with the Division of Motor Vehicles and supplier chain to better understand current/future regulations and rules in each US state.
A Day in the Life
- Cultivate and provide day-to-day management of the relationships with the States, Jurisdiction, State Insurance division and Industry organizations that influence Title and License work
- Facilitate and resolve issues preventing the completion of a regulatory compliance of vehicles title or registration-related activities
- Manage State Insurance Suspensions and Plate Cancellations
- Build strong relationships with State DMV's, vendors and work effectively with business partner with within collateral services and other cross-functional departments
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related vehicle licensing experience with DMV's
- Notary preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work a hybrid work arrangement from either Sparks, MD or Hopkins, MN office
