But like humans language models are what they eat. They’re only as intelligent as the rules they know and the data they’re trained on. The Project

As an Expert AI Data Trainer your role will be similar to that of a teacher – writing and solving problems grading answers determining assessment criteria treating the AI as your “student” in mathematics. Your insights feedback and expertise will contribute directly to the evolution of cutting-edge AI models making your role not only intellectually stimulating but also instrumental in pushing the boundaries of AI technology. In collaboration with a team of fellow expert trainers quality analysts and AI researchers you’ll be working towards our client’s goal to create a safe accurate widely knowledgeable and beneficial conversation partner.

Experience

Required

• Background in STEM-related field with focus in Engineering Math Physics Chemistry Data Science

Preferred - Research experience    - Teaching/tutoring experience    - Masters/PhD in STEM field - Engineering Math Physics Chemistry Data Science

Day in and day out you will:

• You’ll spend the bulk of your time creating data for a language model to improve its performance and accuracy. The tasks involved may include: Solving problems in Engineering Math Physics Chemistry and Data Science where you will get to choose those problems that suit your specific background most appropriately and allow you to best contribute your expertise. Assessing a model’s ability to answer questions in the above fields perhaps even determining the appropriate criteria for assessment of a given question Assisting the model in roles beyond problem-solving such as teaching it to self-evaluate and enhance its creativity.

• Your work will consistently involve reading analyzing and applying instructions to tasks. Additionally your experience will apply in improving the clarity of these instructions.

• You will consistently observe and correct any unethical practices inappropriateness or inaccuracies in the model outputs.

• You will also spend some of your time attending training sessions and meetings to learn about new campaigns stay informed on the latest developments and share your insights and observations with leads and other team members.

Compensation

This work pays $30 / hour to top applicants anywhere in the world.
