Sterile Compounding Staff Pharmacist Location:Dallas, TX Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary:$110–$130k annually About the Role A closed-door, medium-risk (Category 2) sterile compounding pharmacy licensed in 47 states is seeking an experiencedStaff Pharmacistto ensure clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a motivated pharmacist with leadership skills and a deep understanding of sterile compounding. The pharmacist will be an integral part of a high-performing team focused on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and safety. • Lead and support pharmacy technicians in compounding and data entry tasks. • Compound sterile and non-sterile medications. • Validate formulas, verify ingredients, and perform final quality checks. • Manage inventory and documentation per TSBP, USP <797>, and internal SOPs. • Provide team training, performance feedback, and mentoring. • Collaborate with leadership to enhance operations and service quality. Qualifications • Active Texas Pharmacist License in good standing • IV/Sterile Compounding Certification • Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience (sterile compounding or closed-door preferred) • Hospital or clinical pharmacy background • Team leadership experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Application Notice Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of applying.
