THE JOB:
As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigned operational functions within the department. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Creating and ensuring a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.

• Accountable for and dedicated to ensuring service commitments, standards/expectations, financial goals, and policies/procedures are consistently upheld while promoting and building positive public, employee and departmental relations at all times.

• Possesses thorough knowledge of proper usage and maintenance of all equipment to sustain and improve cleanliness and sanitation of such equipment. Inspects equipment and assures PM is in effect. This also includes day to day operations ensuring proper cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of all ware washing machines, equipment and chemicals.

• Maintains a seamless and hassle-free work environment by conducting on-the-job training programs for all department personnel. Identifies any performance gaps with talent and provides proper coaching.

• Educating and keeping up to date knowledge regarding all codes relating to sanitation according to State and Federal guidelines

• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility ensuring all daily and weekly cleaning and deep cleaning schedules are followed to keep the property fresh.

THE STARTING RATE: $24.00

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of stewarding experience
