Stewards @ $17.00

Our Stewards are responsible for the proper washing and storage of china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other food service equipment items. They will utilize manual cleaning methods as well as automated machinery to maintain Sodexo Live!'s standards for cleanliness and sanitation.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen, to include sweeping, mopping, removal of trash
• Supports with food running, ensuring product gets to the location within the venue
• Set up, break down, clean the dish machine; Change out dishwater in machine hourly
• Follow all instructions and guidelines for safe usage of kitchen equipment and cleaning compounds

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.
• Have the ability to bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
