Stir-Fry Chef

Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Thai stir-fry food, with experience in seafood, and grilling. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality meals while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities • Have to be able to respond to various dietary needs, preferences and allergens • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency • Ability to adjust the foods to specific spice levels • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations • Prepare meals for special occasions • Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times • Report low inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to management as necessary • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas at all times • Ensure that all opened food items are dated and labeled Skills • Extensive experience in culinary roles, including fine dining and restaurant environments • Strong proven recipe following abilities with an understanding of dietary needs • Proficient in food preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when needed • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Join our team as a Chef where your culinary expertise will shine, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests!
