Job Description

AMIRI is seeking a Store Planning Coordinator support the Store Planning team in managing the execution of Retail and Wholesale store projects while maintaining brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage checklists for all aspects of the new store opening process.
  • Establish SOPs and guidelines for successful new store openings.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the store have been signed off prior to opening.
  • Develop operational checks and balances within the department and with cross-functional partners.
  • Travels on-site to successfully bring the store from construction turnover to grand opening.
  • Report on store opening timeline to internal team during milestone meetings.
  • Support the Wholesale department with coordinating shop-in-shops and pop-up stores.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising team on execution of seasonal concepts.
  • Support the execution of special brand and retail projects as necessary.
  • Develop FOH & BOH capacity plans.
  • Liaise with IT team to ensure all systems are functional prior to opening.
  • Support forward-thinking strategy that informs decision making that aligns with company objectives for retail store expansion and brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical aptitude including thorough understanding budgets and project schedules.
  • Ability to support, interact and communicate effectively with both internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and focused on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being able to execute on a tactical level.
  • Preferred luxury retail experience.ย 
  • Preferred 4+ yearsโ€™ experience in a Store Planning or Retail Operations environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.ย 
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.ย 
  • Availability to travel both domestically and internationally, as needed.ย 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%.
