Strategic Account Executive (East) is our senior quota-carrying, individual contributor role in the Eastern region of our sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by selling directly to top-tier retail e-commerce decision-makers, including C-level executives and other key stakeholders
- Manage three to nine-month sales cycles, including dovetailing customer requirements and Bolt’s current product
- Present a thorough segment plan within your first 90 days
- Close at least one initial deal (any size) within 180 days
Must haves:
- 15+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Ability to articulate intricate payments and conversion analytics concepts to e-commerce decision-makers
- Strong retail connections, especially in the WestÂ
- Experience selling to named strategic accounts at larger companies
- Located in Los AngelesÂ
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 33%, in addition to multiple in-person meetings and events in the Los Angeles area each month
Target earnings: The compensation for this role is targeted between $374,000-$462,000 OTE per year. Final offer amount is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to experience and position level. At Bolt, we take a geographically neutral approach to compensation, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
